We ask prospective families/homes to fill out the Online Puppy Application. Due to the change in requests and commitment for puppies, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot on the waitlist. If you are not ready for a puppy from a specific litter, your deposit can be applied to a future litter. Puppy selection occurs in the order deposits are received. Puppies come with:
Puppy Contract: All puppies are sold on a non-breeding contract unless otherwise discussed, new owners are required to show proof of spay or neuter by 8 months of age.
Health Warranty: We warrant that all puppies are healthy and free of communicable disease when they leave our home. If you receive a puppy from us and a health problem develops within 48 hours, you must contact us immediately regarding the problem. We are not responsible for veterinary costs as complimentary Trupanion Health Insurance is included with your puppy for the first 4 weeks with no waiting period – it must be activated! In addition, we provide a 2 year health warranty. See resources section of more information.
Transportation: Getting a puppy is one of the most frequently asked questions. We highly recommend you personally fly or drive here to collect your puppy. If this is not possible for you, we recommend using a driving or flight nanny service. Other options may be discussed.
We can arrange to personally deliver your puppy to you or to a flight nanny at the airport. The closest airport to us is Kelowna International Airport. A Delivery Fee will apply.
